Yum!
My local health market closed down & my nearest supermarket doesn't sell organic Boc Choy so I thought I'd try my hand at growing it myself. So far most of the seeds sprouted and are coming along!

ok
Don't know if it's me or them but only a very few came up and they're barley growing. Everything else, lettuce etc, is doing great.

It's growing!
I have it growing in my curio cabinet converted into greenhouse. I can't wait to harvest it.

Slow growing
The plants did-not grow as I expected them to. The bok choy germinated easily but is growing too slow. I don’t know if I am doing something wrong.

Germination
I bought these seeds a few months back, but never planted them due to the fact I was still going strong in my garden outside... yes, I know that sounds strange...I have a well-established, although small production inside as well. I grow veggies hydroponically all year, due to the very short growing season in my area, and I always heard that Bok-choy was one of those easy to sprout & grow veggies for indoor hydro.Well, here we go... I put these seeds, and some others I know well, in my propagation set-up (1/2 drop-in tray style & 1/2 my own starting method). Some in rock-wool, some in hydro starting pods, and some in my home-made potting mix. Simply put, I did 3 rows of 8 each; bok-choy, kale, and spinach.Obviously nothing for two days, just keeping soil moist and damp.. but here's the news: the kale that I couldn't possibly KEEP from growing if I tried (seriously every seed I drop) finally started on the third day with, you guessed it 100% germination. BUT, yessir, BUT new things! The Bok-choy has joined the ranks of the undefeated! ALSO 100% germination, who knew!?!I started them in various mediums so that there might be arrangements for anything and I would know if some seed "preferred" one type over another. However, the ones that I started in my own medium are stronger & leafing faster. I'll move them all to hydro tomorrow & see which best variegates to full water growing. As for my review? They shipped fast, got here intact & germinated very quickly... 100% the seller has done their job! The rest is to me & God, good watering & some simple fertilizer & a place for it to grow, that's all. We will be eating it very soon! =)
