The rubber bands functioned the same as the OEM equipment. My vacuum cleaner lives on!

Great value

Only one of the two belts fit the model of my vacuum. I returned both belts and was told they had been received on Sept. 26, 2017. Additionally, I was told that my refund would be processed within 2-3 days. Today is Dec. 2, 2017 and I have yet to receive the refund. I firmly believe that when I purchase a product online that is not SIZED correctly that I am due a refund. I specifically decided to buy the belts online as a local small business started selling the belts in quantities larger than I needed - not to mention that the belts were old and had lost their elasticity as a result they were very short lived.I resolved this issue by buying a Shark which I am very happy with. Yes, my Panasonic did a-job-well-done when the belts worked but I discovered it was not capable of competing with newer vacuums. Naivete? Sometimes it takes disappointment to make me/one wake up.

had belts put on at vacuum store ( they were out of the belts) and it appears one belt was a second with a line or crease down the middle so had to use another one but my vacuum is running strong again and I am happy!
