Perfect for my needs. Great extra wide width and good length for multiple workout stances/positions. Love that there are 3 levels of resistance (light, medium, heavy). Well what can I say but definitely worth the buy.I got these as I was looking for a set of bands...not one...but three or four bands of differing tension to allow me to rehabilitate a shoulder injury and work out when staying at a hotel without a fitness gym.Therefore I sourced these as one of the most competitively priced ...so tick on value.For this price point one might expect the bands to be of poor quality. However I was pleasantly surprised as I read some cheap bands can deform over time when stretched. However using the lowest tension bands to do some physio on my shoulder has involved using some quite high tension movements and I'm happy to say the yellow band that I've used has retained its shape no problem.I can't vouch for long term durability but so far so good. Each band has a reasonable length...enough to tie one end to a door handle and wrap the excess on the other end around your hand with enough material in between.I also read that we bands can smell as they are made of rubber/latex. I can confirm there is little if any smell to these bands.Delivery was quick and I am left with a positive and happy shopping experience. I would definitely recommend them to other buyers for this price point.

I'm pleased I opted for the different strengths package. Most of my exercises for recovering from Sciatica injury needed the weakest Yellow band - 9 months on, some of those exercises are done with the medium Red band. Hope I can progress to the strongest Blue band in another 6 months. I've found the bands more versatile than the loop versions.
