It also is the swivel for the Dreamwear mask. The review is for the whole Dreamwear system. However, the swivel while expensive for what you get is a must as the masks are useless without it.I am a side sleeper and can't sleep on my back. Tried many other types of masks and struggled to get them to work but always was waking up tangled in the hose or with the mask skewed to the side and leaking. With this I can sleep in any position except stomach. Since the hose connects at the top of the frame via a swivel you can roll over without re-positioning the mask. I just lay the hose over the top of my headboard to keep it out of the way.This is comfortable. Made out of soft silicone you can lay on it. Air is delivered from both sides so you can lay on one side (cutting off the air on that side) and get full airflow from the other. Nothing is in your nose which is nice as well. It just pushes lightly under your nose when air pressure is applied. In addition it doesn't make you look like Darth Vader when the grand kids come running into the room.One thing I didn't like was buying everything piecemeal not knowing what was required to make the mask work. It was just what I needed for my CPAP. Got it quickly and at a great price

I was not happy that I had to buy every small piece for this head gear but it works, I like that is has an elbow shape and directs the hose to where it needs to be in order for it to stay out of the way. I appreciate the quality of the product and I have not had any issues with it thus far, thanks!

Cheaper to get replacement here than through med supply.

We didn’t realize we tossed this piece out when changing to a new hose. Ordered this one and it was perfect! CPAP working as needed again.
