Easy to chew. I am not sure about the health benefits. Just had complete physical with blood analysis. Doctor said I get an A+. So maybe there is something to it. The only thing is the price. I would expect this to really cost $10. For the $20 I could buy enough beet seeds to grow a 1,000 beets.
