An excellent book as part of a discipleship group to work through methodically. I am enjoying it immensely.

i bought this to help me disciple someone and have found that the layout and content really helpful. The only downside is that the 2 books that i bought have [Space left inentionally blank in the original book.] where there should be space to write your answers. I am presuming that this is a printing error and should have been removed. This oversight sadly makes using the book a little awkward for you to write responses to questions.

A bit dated, very American and useful to the very disciplined.

A very helpful guide to the essentials. I am always looking for material that will help my congregation grow in applying faith to daily life. This goes someway to helping. The difficulty often is the discipleship us made too theoretical and intellectual. The Christian faith us not so much about a body of dogma that you give intellectual ascent to as a person you follow whose lifestyle you embody. This book though not the entire answer helps.
