NEEDS REINFORCEMENT at the point where it breaks due to over usage
hello there. got this neck fan and so far this is the best neck fan at this price point. due to its angle, it fits perfect and does a great job providing cool air at four speeds while doing salsa dancing. very useful, very powerful. charge it up and it will last for about 3 hours plus. there is a draw back tho. see the picture. it breaks underneath the sheath. the solution is shown in the picture. move the sheath towards the side and reinforce it using packing tape. just apply some packing tape, three to four rounds and cover with the sheath again and you are good to go. hope this info helps some one out there. god bless america

A lifesaver in summer
I've used fans that hang around your neck for years around the house, but they look pretty dorky and will blow off target if you need to work at unusual angles. This neck fan is not as effective at cooling me since most sweat appears on my face, not on the back of my jaw where it blows, but the fan continues to cool more reliably than a neck fan in non-standing positions or when exercising. I also feel comfortable wearing it out because it's mistaken for headphones or if people ask what it is, they think it's a great idea. The fan is quiet on speed 1 and lasts ~6 hours. Speed 2 reduces run time to ~4 hours and though it's not loud enough to be annoying, it makes it harder to hear people at a distance over the fan noise near your ears and the sound of the fan might provoke questions from a cashier. Speed 3 reduces run time to about 2 hours and you probably won't hear people who are over a few feet away. Walking around in the sun at 80F or higher, speed 3 feels necessary to me, but I sweat easily.Fan arms can be bent to keep the fans near your neck, though they tend to spread as you move. The fan will slip back and may fall off when you lean back, so it won't work for all types of exercise, though I think you could put a lash around it to keep it on.Among me and my friends, we've gotten 6 of these fans with no issues so far in the last few months. The manual does warn not to overcharge them so you should try not to plug them in more then 2-3 hours if they're near empty. I recommend getting a power plug adapter for your charger that turns off after a set time.

Comparison on Top Rated Neck Fans
The media could not be loaded. So I purchased the top two neck fans per review essentially those that had 10,000+ reviews with 4+ stars. While I wanted to like the KIDEE more because it was not only prettier, slightly cheaper and smaller, ultimately the win may have to go to Comlife.I cannot attest to the durability and longevity of the products as I only just got them. I plan to use them for my trip to Europe in the summer which I know will be hot. The Comlife does feels a little bit sturdier and more well-made than the KIDEE, and is also flexible. But the winning point is that the sound that comes from it is not as annoying as the KIDEE. There is a kind of high-pitched rattling sound that happens with the KIDEE when the fan is turned on. I think that might get annoying after wearing it for a few hours. The KIDEE was definitely smaller and less obtrusive, and more lightweight than the Comlife, but the sound is just too annoying. The Comlife advertises its device has the ability to bend it certain ways but its essentially pointless. Yes you can bend it to open it and put it around your neck but if you try to raise one side of the fan higher than the other, it just sort of lops over on your neck. So it doesn’t actually essentially do what their advertising it will do. Perhaps may be good for kids so you can wrap it tighter around their neck?? Not sure. Just not a major factor to purchase. If Preference of style and size is your main priority I think you can do well with the KIDEE. However, if the pitchy rattling would be an issue for you then I suggest to go with the Comlife. They both feel really great, and provide nice cool air and feel as if the air strength is the same on both. They have three levels each and easy to switch between them. Charging is the same for both.

Great for hot summer days
The media could not be loaded. This fan is awesome. There are 3 speed settings for the fan, the higher the speed the quicker it drains the battery. I got mine in white because the plastic won’t heat up as much on a sunny day as a black fan. The fan noise is noticeable but not too loud. I am able to carry on a conversation while wearing it. Charges fairly quickly and holds its charge well. The power button which is also fan speed button can be hard to find/reach. It could have been designed with a textured button which would be easier to find. Also the button is closer to the end which can be harder for people with shoulder mobility to reach, so if that is you, you’d just need to take it off to adjust speed or turn it off.

My go to fan, awesome!
Best fan & value. Easy charging, portable, great powerful fan to keep you cool. Its not a freezer kind of feel but when I start to overheat this is my go to. I also flip it for optional airflow. Works amazing!
