Great build quality and graphics, no shaker ball needed as it has a strainer-like mechanism built into the inside of the cap and it mixes protein powder flawlessly! It does not leak and has a firmly secured lid you twist to open and close plus a snap-open-and-close opening to sip from. Highly recommended!

Gifted this to my boyfriend who is a huge Metallica fan. He really likes the design and look to it.It's a little distressed already so being mindful of not putting it in the dishwasher would be a good idea. It has a bottom portion that you can add protein powder to, perfect when you're on the go. The material is of high quality and, the shaker too.I'm glad that now he can combine his workout with his favorite band.

A little wobbly feeling at times, and it catches liquid pretty bad in the lid causing some water leakage, down the sides but overall not horrible build quality. The lil cuppy boy at the bottom for your extra protons snaps into place but won't go further and feels iffy if ye pull on it, but it hasn't caused me any issues so far (and it's probably just my imagination - and my GAINS). Also, the design of the little filter thingy at the top works surprisingly great. I find that I don't need a shaker ball with this cup, and they actually get in the way a bit. Highly recommended, I got the Metallica one and I think I'll get the Motorhead and Slayer ones, too.

Mixes well. Pretty easy to clean. Love the fact you can keep protein or hydration powder in the bottom and add it when ready. Have 2 already and would buy more.

It works great,like the extra storage on the bottom. easy to remove if you don't want it on. good price i think also has one of my favorite bands on it.

Your powder or protein drinks don't have to come out of a fancy or girly container. This is great for all people who want to prove themselves tough It comes with a bottom screw off part that you can store your powder until you are ready to make your desired drink. The mixer inside helps mix the powder and liquid so there are no clumps. You can drink directly from the cup and keep it on your desk to let others know you are a tough person (even if you aren't).
