I bought this a couple years ago and it works awesome!! It keeps the water nice and cold. It has hot water as well which works great! My buddy has a counter top one from another company and it barely gets the water past room temp. This one can get a little noisy but you don't really notice unless you're right beside the machine. I actually bought my second one so I have one up and downstairs because how much I like this one. I would highly recommend this compared to a full sized culligan.

I absolutely love this product. I don't drink a lot of water, let alone room-temp water so this was a life changer for me. I went from the Brita filter pitchers (amongst other filter pitcher brands) to buying bottled water but none of it has been this easy. It doesn't take up room in your refrigerator to chill your water and it does it all in the machine. Having this dispenser has really helped me hydrate way more and has been by far the most convenient. I rotate 3-3 gallon jugs at home and it lasts me quite a while to 1. Refill my jugs and 2. to change out the jugs from the machine.I also love the readily available hot water. I am a tea drinker so I can always just walk up with my tea cup and dispense hot water and my tea is ready within seconds! I don't have to wait to boil water stovetop or in the electric kettle. I have already recommended this to a friend who always buys bottled water. This saves on the plastic waste and also on time.I did come across one issue after about 4 months of use. The cooling feature had stopped working. I contacted Avalon and their customer service rep was superb. I followed the recommended steps in the email and voila! My machine started working its wonders again.

Love this , works perfect for our needs ,and as we age you can downsize the size of the water bottle to half and still lift it to the machine

I have ordered and had to return several other brand dispensers due to either damage, cheaply made or nonfunctional hot/cold temperature. I've had this dispenser 3 months which is longer than any others I've owned. So far I really like this one. Hot and Cold works and it's durable.**********************UPDATE*********************I’ve had this dispenser for over 3 yrs and it stills works as great as the day purchased. My husband and I drink lots of water everyday so it’s not lightly used and because of that we only use the 5 gal. water jugs. This is a great dispenser! Highly recommend.

Water dispenses very cold water, it's great.The hot side heats up fast we flip the switch only when needed. Good value. Fast delivery.
