SnowPeak 900 titanium
Awesome product, very well made. Just the right size and ultralight weight for overnighter (maybe two or three). These are lighter than most of my Chinese-made titanium rated pots and lids. The colour is lighter too, close to alloy shade. Performance wise the heat transfer is almost immediate. Don’t place on lit stove unless you have water or oil in it as the inside can get burnt easily. I made the silly mistake thinking the snow cold air would take longer time. The mesh however looks flimsy and way too big. The 900 size pot has enough space to put in a well capped gas cannister. Once lid is one it forms an airtight container so just be mindful that any gas that escape may be retained in the container. Overall, very happy with the purchase and would recommend it highly.

Excellent Design. Functional and ergonomic.
I was assembling a Bug Out Bag(Emergency 72 hour Bag) for my family. I have 2 young kids so in 2 Teton Backpacks, we have to fit in all of our emergency supplies. For cooking, I initially had a camping stove, a small cooking pot for boiling water, 4 plates, a small frying pan, utensils for 4 and 4 cups. This was too heavy and too bulky. Instead of using that space for those, I would prefer to bring more water since that is more important for survival. Now, if you open my bag, you will see a Trek 1400. Nested inside that is the Trek 900, a Solo Stove and 4 small sporks. I was able to cut the weight and size down to less than 1/4. So I loaded my backpacks with a gallon of water instead. These are my thoughts:Pros:1. The Lid of the Trek 1400 and 900 can be used as Plates and frying pans.2. The Solo Stove seems to be purpose built for this. A perfect fit for the 900. If you don't have a Solo Stove, get one! You will never need to bring any fuel. I burn twigs, leaves, grass or wood.3. Made in Japan so the fit and finish of this is excellent.4. The Pot can be used as a cooking pot, a cup, an eating bowl, a bathing scoop, and coffee mug.5. Extremely light. Barely know it is there.6. Extremely inexpensive for what you get.7. You can boil your drinking water here very quickly.Cons:1. It is not a full sized cooking pot, but then again this a camping and survival tool.Summary:Excellent camping and survival gear. Get one. Better yet get this and the Trek 1400.

I'm A Snow Peak Fan: The Best Out There
I have been using the Snow Peak Titanium mugs and cooksets for several years and this year I decided to combine my Snow Peak 1400 and 900 as my Primitive Camping set. I often put my Snow Peak mugs right into the fire and so they have taken a lot of beating, with the intense fire and bang around on the rocks. I have even baked muffins in my Snow Peak 900 and the only wear that I have seen is a blackening of the mugs due to the intensity of the heat. The handles are increably stable, graduation measurements are clearly marked and the overall size for storage is right on. My only reservation with the Snow Peak 900 is the top frying pan. It is too small to be of much use. I still use it to allow my Snow Peak 900 to store more gear and as a warming pan.I have a nice collection of the aluminum Snow Peak Solo, but have since gone exclusively to the Titanium for it lightness and strength. For many years I have built up a large collection of Backpacking cookwear, but have all but discontinued using any of them. I use my Snow peak and one small frying pan as my mainstain -all in Snow Peak.If you want something light, durable and nearly indestructable, that will never let you down, go with Snow Peak.

Great Product
This is a lightweight, sturdy product. I think it’s fantastic as it fits my Soto windmaster and an 8 Oz. MSR fuel canister inside. It also is made in Japan. This is great as many titanium products come from China. The only downside is that there is no way to secure the lid to the base. It just sits there and can fall off easily. I always store it with the bag it comes with, but that isn’t the most sturdy as it is made of thin netting. Overall, it’s a good product and I’d recommend it for the outdoors camper who is looking for something sturdy and to cut weight.

Light, Compact, Reliable
I cooked about 6 or 8 eggs in the 'pan' for sandwiches (in sets of two), I also made about a gallon of tea total in the 'pot', both withstood great amounts of heat and shed little metallic taste into the food. The folding handles are amazing, the bag or net thingy this comes with is not that great, however it works. The only thing I might mention against this set is its size, I sorta thought it'd be bigger however its size and weight are great for hiking and camping anyway. I suggest this to any hiker/camper that needs light weight cooking gear. I kept a alcohol stove, a small bag of salt, and a bag with veggie oil cooking swabs in a tuna can which fit into the Trek along with; 4 servings of rice and 4 servings of oatmeal. The next has enough room for a multi-spice shaker on top as well, so it really came in handy, a great little mess-kit.

Is flimsy and overpriced for what you get
Pros: nests the regular size Solo Stove perfectly, is very lightweight, and the 900 ml vessel has a nice stable handle.Cons: the "frying pan" is too small to be much use, and as a lid fits sloppy loose on top of the 900 ml vessel and is annoying. The frying pan handle snaps into place rigidly, but folding it back down is kind of a hassle and seems like it will break off eventually. UPDATE: the handle DID break off when I got it home (from my very first trip with it!) and washed it. Sending it back to Amazon as defective.Evernew makes a similar set with a better-fitting lid, and I have ordered one of those as a replacement for this kit.

Great titanium pot and pan set
I really like this set. Very simple and thick titanium. The handles on mine stay extended and don't flop around. Big enough for anything I cook when i'm out alone in the mountains. I just wrap a wire around the lip of the pot and I have a bail for it. I am more than happy with this pot
