Q: 1. Does this impede on using a computer mouse at all? 2. Any issues with sweating/material possibly even helps with that?

No problems at all with using mouse or typing. I tried several and it was the only one that allowed ease of movement and still held my "trigger" thumb stable. I have not noticed any sweating at all. One word of caution, however, I have small hands and have always worn small gloves, but when I ordered this in small, it was too small. I sent it back and got the medium which is perfect.

It is for one glove that can be worn on either hand.

Q: Is this true to size? My wrist measures exactly 6.25" should I go with small or medium?

I would try the medium. I was at 6" and got the small. The main part of the brace is really good, but I had to cut off the thumb because it was so tight.
