Awesome bit of kit form any home gym or even commercial
Very well made. Fits perfectly on the end of an Olympic bar. I use mine inserted into a landmine for pressing and also rotational/core strengthening for grappling throws. You can use this for so much more than just the obvious pressing movements. Solid construction and the twist lock is solid. Often these parts are flimsy, not on this one.

Poor quality
Disappointing quality.I have previously bought a landmine from this seller with no issues which is the reason why I decided to buy the Viking Press. Item arrived in poor condition, both handles covered in deep scratches exposing bare metal, missing plastic caps at handle ends where metal has also been left unfinished & rough, I’ve already cut my hand twice. Not worth sending back so I’ll fix these issues myself, just won’t buy from this seller again...
