Super high quality aloe vera gel drink. Good consistency, good flavor, you can taste the aloe, settles the stomach immediately, is not thin like water, it's actually mostly aloe vera. Great for the skin. You don't need to drink a lot of it for good effect.

Tastes bad and causes cramping
I bought this to help with kidney stones. I mixed the 2oz with a sugar free electrolyte drink and the horrible taste still came through strong. Hard to describe the taste, old and musky..? Anyway, I drank it anyway bc my kidney stone issue is intense and I wanted to test what I read about aloe very and stones. But then after the second dose of taking it (right before bed) I woke up the next morning with intermittent, intestinal cramping that was intense with diarrhea. It went on the entire day and now the next morning I am still is uncomfortable. Definitely do not recommend. Be careful with aloe Vera. With a google search I realized this is a thing. Tossing it out and not buying again.
