Smooth, non-scented, very hydrating. Did not irritate my dry, sensitive skin. Does not feel greasy or heavy. A little goes a long way. Definitely would buy again.

This is my first Kate purchase and I LOVE IT. I’ve bought many different brands, mostly expensive, and this product is not only outstanding for moisturizing dry skin, it is inexpensive. Once applied give it a couple of minutes and it will be absorbed. Not greasy but a pretty intense moisturinzer. After years of post-Covid handwashing my hands had become dry & old-looking. I also find myself using the product on my arms, neck and face. I will order more. This is a quality product. Buy it! You won’t be sorry.

If it came in bigger bottles and was a tad cheaper, it would literally be the best moisturizer ever!

Unfortunately, I never got the package! I have used the product before, and bcuz I loved it, I reordered it, it shows that it was delivered, but we couldn't find it.

Used this for several years. It’s the only lotion I’ve found that keeps me from needing prescription strength medication to treat winter eczema on my hands. Would something cheaper work? Maybe. But i know this does. Customer service was poor, so i took off a star.

Based on the reviews I thought I’d be impressed. I wasn’t. It never absorbed. And the scent was not great. Too expensive for what it is and doesn’t do.

Best moisturizer ever. Great for winter dry skin and sensitive skin. Used to be named as, "eczema therapy creme." So you know it's great for sensitive skin. No smell except for maybe a slight oatmeal smell but that's due to the oat flour that's in it. The ingredients make the product really soothing for the skin. Its thick and balm like but easy to spread over the face/neck/hands. Love, love, love! Will repurchase again and again.

I have extremely dry and sensitive skin and this sounded like the product for me, however, after using a few times my skin actually felt dryer and somewhat more irritated. The other thing also is it smelled awful like maybe a bad batch? Not sure but for the price not worth it...sending back!
