Leaving it at 4 stars so people could see these beats aren’t refurbished there fake if you try to call someone with them they don’t work and once they get low battery it starts flashing multiple times saying it’s low Amazon should look into this

I have used these at work for when I go to the warehouse and need to be able to hear and answer my phone for customer calls and have had apple and Skull Candy in the past, but decided to try these. after 5 months now, they still do not last more than 30-60 standby minutes and 15-30 in use minutes. I have to have the charging case at my desk all day and keep changing from the right to the left so that I can still have 1 in use. They are also supposed to disconnect when you have them in the charging case, but many times when I go to answer the phone while both are in the case, the phone still has them connected sending audio to the earbuds that are in the case charging. i have to quickly change my phone to speaker(the normal phone speaker on top is static at times and I try to only use if I don't have an option). Had I not lost my Earpods, I would not ever have bought the Beats. I would not reccomend and would not buy again. Nothing against the seller, just the product. I had a friend suggest Lenovo instead as they last her a full day and never had any issues.

It was exactly as discribed by the seller and the beats earbuds work great

These were bought refurbished and worked just as well as a brand new pair. Sound quality was perfect.

Ok so the box it came in was open.. I mean they are used and refurbished supposedly so I received these with an open mind. But they came to me dirty as if someone literally took them out of their ears and shipped them to me. I alcohol and hydrogen peroxide them down cause I could literally see ear scum on it. After a thorough cleaning I tried them out. Battery life on these is horrible. I have a pair of refurbished Probeats that last for 8 hours on a single charge. I can only get 4hrs out of these at best. With my iPhone it has noice cancellation options that I feel are completely unnecessary. Settings include noise cancellation, none, and transparency. The small booklet it came with doesn’t even tell me wtf transparency is. Well after googling why the hell these don’t last long it turns out those setting described above suck the power out of them. I literally have to change the noise control every time I use them which is annoying to me considering how “high” tech theses are suppose to be. And after changing the noise control to none I still see no change in the battery life. I really wanted to love these and thought it would be an upgrade to my probeats but they’re so bad. I paid $65 and threw the box away thinking I would absolutely love them. Now I don’t even know if I could send them back after throwing the box away.😑 so I’m stuck with them. They’re great back up head phones. But I definitely made a mistake in buying a “refurbished” item from Amazon.
