What type of lock fits on this box?

Unless you add a hasp or some other way to attach a lock to this box, the only thing that will fit it as it comes from the factory is a small padlock with a very thin shackle, roughly 1/8 inch thick. You could also use a small bolt and nut to hold the lid shut, but the built-on latches grip quite well and make any non-secure lock or bolt unnecessary. The main benefit these boxes provide is protection from water and the elements, and so far mine has done that very well. I use it outdoors, in the open, to house a battery pack for my weather station transmitter. In my case, securitry is not an issue. If security is a big concern (beyond, say, keeping small children out), you need something a lot tougher that could resist a brute force attack. This is a great enclosure for protecting contents, but definitely not what you need for serious protection from theft, vandalism, or tampering.

Is there supposed be mounting hardware included? Other brands of similar boxes include some way to fasten it to the wall. Mine had none.

Although I bought the one you are asking about, it is installed on a radio tower so I cannot positively verify if mine came with mounting tabs--sorry for not remembering.

Can this electrical be spray painted to blended into the colors of the enviroment?

Yes, but I would use a plastic primer first, Krylon makes a good rattle can one.

What are the interior dimensions of the 15.7”x11.8”x7.1” box?

Not sure it's already installed. But figure about a 1/2 inch smaller than outside dimensions on all sides.
