I can see there is plenty of wiggle room as it does not wrap around the battery box tightly. Anyone experienced rattling/rubbing?

While there is some room around the battery box, when the T-Top is fitted over the uprights it pulls them in slightly. This is enough to kind of tighten up the side uprights. In our application we have not had any issues with rattling/rubbing. I have to say also that we were very impressed with the quality build of the shackle.
