WernerAdjustable Pole Strap Kit

I use my ladder primarily for putting up Christmas lights with several items being in some taller trees. I used to have my wife be present so she cold hold the ladder when I was up on the ladder against a tree since it never felt safe. I just used my ladder with this attached and it worked perfectly. I felt very secure against the tree, there was no side to side rocking sensation. It's very light so doesn't affect the weight of the ladder when carrying it and I don't see a reason to remove it since it doesn't interfere with the ladder in normal operation so it's always there when needed.

My wife and I bought this because we needed to replace a bat house on a 15 foot pole. We were concerned about the ladder sliding and purchased the pole strap kit to avoid slipping and improve safety. It worked perfectly! The installation was simple. I (husband) was able to remove the old bat house and replace the new bat house without any sliding of the ladder. We were very happy with the pole strap kit and know it will come in handy with future products.

Great idea however it would’ve been nice to have a ratchet strap at the top going from one side of the ladder around the pole or post back to the other side of the ladder to stabilize it from the rear as well as from the front.

Got this but did not work for the application we were doing. We kept for our shop stock for future use.Thank you.

Every ladder should have one of these. Holds the ladder in place while going up a tree or pole.

It hugs the palm trees great

This strap does not stay in place on it's own. I used two bungee cords to secure the ladder in place.

Works great for palm trees. Stitched rubber is pretty durable so far. Put on a 32' Werner fiberglass
