It’s a weighted jump rope, which I personally love, while it can also be adjusted, for your height. Other jump ropes for me I always found myself tripping over them. This one, however, since it’s easily adjusted for my height ( 6’0 ), I can solely concentrate on speed and technique, without worrying about tripping over the rope.

I hadn't jumped rope for 25yrs. This was the third rope I purchased. One was more expensive and one was cheaper. The build quality of this rope blew the competition away. The weight of this rope is perfect for me, not too heavy, not too light...The handles are nice and the end caps thread is nicely machined. The bearings spin freely. I find the thickness of the handles to be perfect and like that the rubber grip is thin.I was struggling to get going with the first 2 ropes but felt right at home with the weight and movement of this rope.I don't usually review something right away but felt this rope deserves it and also my reason for only 4 stars. I don't trust when a product mainly has glowing 5 star reviews, as a lot of times they are fake. I will certainly update my review in the future if I have problems.It didn't come with any spare parts as the others did, nor can I see any available. Fingers crossed but the engineering on this simple product looks like it will last.I'm 5'7". The length it came for me was good. It had 4" I could have lengthened it. I have already shortened it an inch as I've gotten back into it. If you are taller and a beginner I would suggest you get the next length up and shorten it as you get better.

Great quality! Feels very sturdy but lightweight

This rope is durable and high-quality. We use it in our gym. We have tried many other brands in these are everyone’s favorite.

Pretty durable already started beating the crap out of it

Getting up there in years, the six pack is becoming a spare tire, etc., etc. I haven’t jumped rope since I was a kid but decided at (for my weight) at 25 calories a minute burn rate, rope is a solid add to my routine.I bought a different rope, didn’t realize that it didn’t adjust out enough for me (6’5” is a lot to clear), so went back to shopping, this time looking for the right rope. I looked at a lot of options and settled on this one due to combination of adjustability, price, reviews, and materials.On a personal note, if you’re like me and WAY out of practice, and you can’t hit more than 2 jumps in a row, don’t despair! It comes back fairly quickly. I was stuck in the 3 – 5 jumps before I stepped on the rope area for the first 3 or 4 times I tried it, but 2 weeks in I was hitting 50 reps with no issue.What I love about this rope is it’s easy to adjust, and it has just enough weight to easily spin without being too heavy. WARNING however, if has a STING to it if you catch an arm or the back of your leg.I’ve been using this rope for ~45 days, I use it every day, I have cement floors in my house, and no marks on the floor or damage to the rope. For a $20 investment, would highly recommend.

I wanted to love this product, but unfortunately, after using a handful of times it broke I’m not giving it a one star simply because when I did use it, it worked well.
