I bought my unit in June 2022, and it worked well at the start but now, less than a year later the unit is broken. I tried to contact Camplux support but because I purchased this on Amazon I cannot use their main support request because that requires you to have purchased the unit from them directly.Instead I had to use their offline chat to leave a message with all of my order and contact details.The fact that they do not offer easy access to support for non-direct purchases troubles me greatly!I would caution anyone looking for this or other products from Camplux to weigh the cost of a bargain with the headaches of obtaining support.Edit: Camplux has contacted me and offered me a full refund. Thank you Camplux!I was also informed that the issues with obtaining support is due to rules set in place by Amazon, so it would be unfair to blame Camplux if this is accurate, but I do still wish the support process was easier. Maybe place a notice on Camplux's website of how Amazon customers can best obtain support.P.S. Yesterday a brand new replacement unit arrived, and we are looking forward to making use of it throughout this summer. Thank you again to Camplux for pulling out all of the stops to address this issue quickly.

I modified the gas regulator on this to accept the small green Coleman gas canisters and use this water heater in a truck camper. The heater works well, the only downside is that the water connection fittings and quick releases are plastic, and the shower head itself seems a little cheap. So plan on upgrading fittings and the shower head if you use in a rugged environment.

This is a great option for my hunting shack. Easy set up. Reminder to winterize with tv fluid if you use it in a cold climate.

The red quick disconnect hose is leaking! Called manufacturer to resolve issue they stated I should go to Amazon and order a complete different hose assembly that is out of stock? And that they don't have this in stock and don't know when it will be available? I sent a email 4 business days went by and no response. From the company? Unprofessionalism the product is very nice. With out the proper support I would be very careful buying this product from this site! other manufacturers make this product buyers be aware.

Absolutely perfect for a camper van. My only complaint would be that the shower head is a cheap pc of garbage. I went to menards and bought a newer upgraded version and it works perfectly

Product worked for what I need it for. Easy to use. Price is excellent. Only little problem was with the temperature control turned to minimum the water was still pretty hot. Other than that excellent product

This unit leaked gas and i threw it away. Now there is a recall. We should get a replacement unit free of charge
