Earlier I could connect the device with Alexa. But representative helped me and I could connect it. Working properly

Poor costumer care response
The media could not be loaded. I am unable to pair with Alexa and calling costumer care but they were not responding believed brand TATA but poor response. So far I have used manually again tried to configure with wifi but not paired and called costumer care but they told they will call in half an hour but so far not received any call worst behaviour and worst service

Elegant solution to an old problem
My apartment is 30+ years old. As you can see in the pic above, the switches and the board are old. Recently, I decided to work on making my home smart, and as a first step, got myself an Amazon Echo Dot, which supports alexa. Next, I ordered the switch, and when it came, got a new Bakelite sheet cut as per dimensions. Housing was straightforward as were the connections. I now control 2 lights (1 LED Tube and 1 LED bulb) and a BLDC fan using this switch. Setup is fairly easy, once you have installed the Tata EZ app on your smart phone and added the Tata EZ skill into Alexa app on the phone. Works very well manually, using the app and using Alexa voice command. You can either switch on / off all the switches simultaneously or individually by giving each an unique name. Overall, a fairly easy integration that can be done by anyone with familiarity with DIY. There are videos on YouTube by Tata Power to help with the setup.

Good product but lame app
Product quality is good but the app configuration is very tough.Failed to get it to work with the Tata Ez app even though I have very good technical expertise. Tata needs to work on the app to make this product worth 5 stars

Switches Completely Burnt , looking for replacement from company
We have purchased on a trial basis 8 nos of TATA Power EZ Home Wifi Smart Touch panel 10A 3 channel Alexa on installation to got completely burnt. we are adding pictures we need to understand the reasons as the balance of work procurement is heldup.
