Great product
The only thing I miss is a printed reference to use de dials according to the size of the cables… it was confusing and had to print from their pictures. Other than that I had no problems crimping 1/8 and 3/16 cables. The cable cutter was also great. Both look durable for the occasional things that I will use it. Great for the price!

Crimped like a champ
Used the AMZCNC 1/8” wire rope crimping tool for my deck railing project, and it worked great. Clean, tight crimps with no fuss. It felt sturdy and handled the job without any issues.Would I recommend it? Definitely. Made the project way easier and the results look professional.

Good value crimper
Purchased and used this crimping tool to build quite a few 6G and 2/0G battery cables. Worked great. In the past I've used long handled manual crimpers. The hydraulic option is much easier and has become very affordable. I had no issues with this tool. The case it comes with is very lightweight and while it protects and holds the tool and dies it doesn't look like it would hold up long. It also has a place where dies can slip into a hole and you have to fish them out. The case works but you're paying for a tool here not a great case so I knocked a star off for the quality of the case.

Very powerful and strong.
This is probably over-kill for most uses, but I wanted to make sure that I could squish the stainless steel cable clamps thoroughly. The smallest die wasn’t small enough, so I ground down the surface to make it smaller. Would have liked to have a few smaller dies. The tool worked great.

Quick and easy operation!
Amzcnz hydraulic crimper is the best choice for quality, price and ease of use, pluse the kit includes an assortment of dies . The crimping take both hands and requires heavy pressure to create the crimp. No cheap metal parts here, it’s surprisingly heavy for the size.

Does exactly as it should
Bought to make battery cables for my restomod project. Works perfectly, and simple to use with a bit of practice.Build quality exceeds what I was expecting at this price. Would definitely buy again.

Returning
Dies are sized wrong this thing ain’t worth having. Do not wast your money on it. Pump part works good dies are not made wright. Putting in a sub panel was going to crimp ferrules on end of aluminum 1/0 1/0 1/0 2 service entry wire but dies are made wrong dies come together before crimp actually gets started even used next size smaller ferrules still just slide wright off. I am fixing to return this item doesn’t really deserve 1 star

Works for 4/0 lugs
Works with 4/0 lugs. The lug sizing seems accurate - unlike other reviews.
