Arrived broken and no support
The vacuum arrived well packed with no sign of shipping damage. However, upon assembly the handle attachment bolt would not take to the threads. Upon closer examination I noticed remnants of a broken bolt remaining in the threaded hole. I emailed "great vacs" almost a week ago with no response to the issue other than the automated reply.
