How sweet does it taste? it feels like on puts way too much splenda/sucracose, and i want to try something new..that tastes less sweet

I haven't tried it. But my husband uses it everyday and says it tastes just like a strawberry milkshake.

Protein powder is always a great thing to have in order to get at least your body weight in in protein grams. One needs to eat every 2-3 hours. Food is the key to getting huge and strong in the gym. One needs to get in their body weight in protein grams consistently and this kind of protein powder will help you because let’s face it, it’s easier to drink a good protein drink verses chew through another meal. Obviously you don’t want to have nothing but protein powders. You would live on the toilet. I like to have a shake usually a couple times a day with two scoops with ice cold water. I usually have it in-between each of my solid meals. I do every other meal with a shake. If you are eating consistently through the day and getting your body weight in in protein grams, your results in the gym will be so much more paid off! You need it to grow. I have used this brand for a number of years. I go back and forth between only a few of my favorite national brands and bsn is one of them! Optimum Nutrition and Muscletech are the other two. Get your protein in with at least 160 grams a day. Realistically you should be getting in at around 240 grams of protein a day to keep growing and recovering from your workouts.
