My dog kept getting scared on a walk and I wanted to exercise but she kept stopping whenever she heard a noise or for whatever reason she freezes up and won't go forward. Maybe she heard a firework boom far away, never sure. Sometimes I could coax her forward, and other times I have to pick her up and carry the dog for a bit. What!? Now that I have this dog stroller, when she gets like that, I just walk her home and put her in the stroller, and continue with my walk. She doesn't mind it. She just sits there in the stroller sniffing the breeze and looking around. I clip her in. She kind of hates when I put her in there, but now she's getting used to it, and doesn't mind it. She will go on a walk for awhile, then get spooked by something, and we head for home, and she gets the dog stroller for the rest of the walk. Will be handy to have at the park when there are too many other dogs she will be afraid of, I can just plop her in there for a bit to feel secure. Great for the "Not very brave" dog. The color matches the dog, ha-ha.

I researched pet strollers (features and reviews) for HOURS before settling on this one. I couldn't be more pleased--by ease of assembly, quality, comfort, and features. I appreciate most the zipperless entry, because I raise and lower the canopy constantly for access and socialization. The large, gel-filled tires are perfect for outdoor use and uneven terrain (groomed trails), and the visibility and ventilation are both superb. I'm using this for my British Shorthair cat, who will soon top 18+ pounds. He's very comfortable and thoroughly enjoys his stroller outings. This stroller is worth every penny.

So much potential but the other reviews are accurate and the front wheel wobbles badly. It’s downright unsafe. I called customer service at Pet Gear and was told to tighten the bolt which I did and it’s exactly the same. When I asked if there was another wheel assembly that I could exchange it for they suggested just returning it. There warranty is only 30 days I think but it’s well within that time and their solution is return it. Not exchange it which would make me think I just got a bad one, nope they said just return it. Which is exactly what I will do but it’s very disappointing because pet gear used to be the best of the best. I have a 10 year old stroller that still works great I just wanted an all terrain version. Sadly if this is what their products are now I’ll be moving on.

He Loves riding it! Not Afraid! He can see out front, there's at back, Top to look out. Like the Cover so Can't jump out or anything. Plus a Rain/ Wind cover. He's 20 pounds has Plenty of room to Lay down. It's a little Hard to Fold down, probably because it's new. It fit Folded behind passager seat of my truck. I would purchase again. :)

Do not recommend this stroller. It’s a bit cheap quality and if you try to walk at even a slightly brisk pace the whole stroller shakes. We can only walk slow with it. My dog seems comfortable laying in it though.

The media could not be loaded. The video shows the issue everyone is complaining about. I live in a city and use a stroller FOR EVERY WALK to get my older dog to the grass patch one block away. I read all the reviews about people having issue with the front tire shaking violently but decided to roll dice. Unfortunately the front tire on the stroller I received shakes the entire front end stroller making it unusable. I called the manufacturer and they said to try making an adjustment to the front tire nut. This helped for a day and then went back to shaking. And me finishing a few walks on only the back two wheels.Tires aside The STROLLER FRAME is fantastic. The frame is surprisingly sturdy, the stroller’s foot print is small while being spacious inside and the snap closure is great - you just can’t use it. If the manufacturer could fix all the front tire problems this would be an amazing product.Not fit for purpose, I had to return it.

UPDATE: I wrote to PetGear and sent photo's and my receipt, they have reached out and sent me a new stroller, in addition the front wheel now has a double weld, looks like they fixed.I loved this stroller I have had it for 8 months and tonight while I was out with my dog the front wheel snapped and I went flying over the whole stroller as it collapsed. The metal that is welded to the base of the stroller frame snapped off there is no way to fix this front wheel. You can see in the pics my dog is very small and how the from wheel snapped under the stroller throwing us forward.

Been trying to ease our cat into being inside. He seems to like being in it and sleeping there. We'll look to ease him into strolling around our backyard before walking around the block with him. The product seems sturdy, as it did in the pictures. I'm still assuming that the price is worth it cause every other pet stroller on Amazon just looked cheap.A piece did come broken off from the little plastic part above the front wheel. Not sure how to message the seller about this though. Would love to know if that is a part that could have a replacement sent.
