My favorite simple syrup
My favorite flavor! I use this in my teas and coffees and it’s the perfect hint of sweetness. The lavender flavor is strong (which is what I wanted). Looking forward to experimenting more with this in the hopes of adding it to baked goods.

Whoa! Great Stuff!
This is probably the priciest lavender simple syrup on the market - but I like that it is a small company, this is a small-batch product, and they seem to be kinda scrappy (like me). The scent is ethereal. We tried the lavender French recipe on the side of the bottle as our drink-of-choice on New Year's Eve (for the bubbly, we experimented with cava and vinho verde). So good. I'm thinking of using it in a Persian love cake recipe in place of rosewater (okay, it won't be a Persian love cake then - but, I think, equally delicious). Or maybe I should use the syrup in a Syrian namoura. Maybe lavender cookies? Lots of options.

Absolutely delicious syrup - I now make my favorite latte at home!
I'm on my second bottle of this stuff and have now subscribed and saved to get a bottle every month. I haven't tried it in cocktails yet, but I'm sure it would be lovely there too. I initially got this product because I tried a latte at a restaurant that was honey lavender flavored and it was divine. It took a little trial and error, but I now have my own perfect at-home latte that is so tasty, I don't know that I'll ever want a coffee from a coffee shop again. My recipe (you would need to tweak to your tastes):12 oz. strong coffee25 ml raw honey25 ml lavender syrupMix well, then add 3-4 oz. frothed half & half (my favorite is Essential Everyday)Sprinkle cinnamon VERY sparingly over the top of the foam (my hubby prefers without the cinnamon)When I don't have the time to deal with frothing my half and half, I just add the half and half and then top the coffee with a thin layer of reddi whip and sprinkle that with cinnamon. Not quite as good, but it'll do in a pinch (or if you don't have a frothier).

Amazing
Tastes amazing- you can just tell it’s simple, fresh, clean ingredients. 10/10 and I’ve seriously been a coffee snob/been through a million syrups and milks etc. This is now my go to!!!!

So nice to have and tastes great!
I have coffee every morning but I do like to change it up a bit. Hazelnut is often a common go to for me but I adore getting lavender syrup at coffee shops so I wanted something for home too. So I bought this! It blended into the coffee easily, has no dye, wasn't such a large amount that I'd never get through it, and definitely tasted like lavender. That does it for me!

Now I Can Indulge in My Chocolate Lavender Protein Shakes!
So…lavender. Seems a bit strange to want in a drink. It wasn’t until a few years ago that I tried out Sweet Ritual in Austin, Texas who had a vegan chocolate lavender milkshake that I was hooked! That light fragrant taste mixed with sweet was divine. Since then, I’ve moved further north to where a craving like that costs ~4 hours of driving time to get. So, I wondered how could I get a similar result without the drive.Enter my Amazon search, and finding Pink House Alchemy’s lavender syrup! It contains no high fructose corn syrup so I don’t get that weird phlegm feeling in the back of my throat. The bottle is glass, which is so much better for the environment (not to mention reusable!). You do have to refrigerate after opening because it’s not full of random preservatives and about as fresh as fresh gets. This is about as high quality as one can find for a lavender syrup. I’m definitely looking at their other flavors so we can begin mixing more fun drinks! As for my recipe:1 scoop REDCON1 Green Beret Vanilla protein (or any other type of vanilla flavor protein—this is a neutral base to let the chocolate and lavender shine)1c soy, almond, or whatever type of milk you like~1tbsp cocoa powder~1oz Pink House Alchemy lavender syrupBlend plain or with ice for a thicker consistency, and enjoy!
