A very useful knife for slicing/chopping vegetables.
A very good item for food preparation..But, please think. Do you want this kind of knife at home?i nearly took off a tip of a finger.. Okay, slight exaggeration.. But, keep away from dangerous, or foolish. Such are found in many places.

Apollo Knife
Well I was browsing and saw this at £1:70 so pressed buy not expecting much but when it arrived and I started using it I was really surprised. It sits well in the hand feels sturdy enough and does what it should quite well. I’ve read the reviews saying it blunts easily but that’s not what I’ve experienced. It gets used on a daily basis for veg and meat preparation and it carves cooked meat really well. Now and again I give it a quick sharpen on my diamond block sharpener and it’s ready to go again. As I said I wasn’t expecting much of it but it turns out maybe the best £1:70 I’ve ever spent. Highly recommended.

Even for the price, don’t bother
Bought it because it had to know how bad a sub £2 knife would be. And I was not disappointed on the lack of quality I expected. That said, it’s seems well built. But is very unbalanced, a significant burr from the basic sharpening grind at the factory, would need significant sharpening, but the effort might be in vain for the unknown steel hardness. Left in the kitchen draw at work for cake day, that’s about all it’s probably good for.

Very decent knife considering the low low price
Want a very cheep knife that will do the job for about a year, then look no further, this thing is brilliant.
