Bottle continually leaks !
Very disappointed with the dropper bottle on this.It continually leaks around the rubber bulb and I end up with more on my hands than in the dropper. It doesn’t go to waste though as I rub it into my fingernails!Shame that it’s so messy though 🙁

Works with only few drops
Easy to use - only need it few drops each morning. Noticed after 3 days of use specially for my energy levels. Taste is good. Quality product.

Absolutely dreadful just tastes of sunflower oil . Put in bin as cannot return .. avoid

Fantastic and lasts for a long time
The hospital told me to take 8000-10000 iu daily to help prevent optic neuritis and MS. It's hard to find tablets for this quantity, unless you want to chew10 a day. Each drop of this has 1000iu. I have tried various brands but this seems the best value for money and since taking I have thankfully not had any further occurrences of optic neuritis or worsening of other symptoms. I've seen another review stating this is just oil, you need the oil with it as it is fat soluble, without it your body won't absorb the vitamin D. I take it in the morning before my breakfast as if I take it at night it seems to make me restless (but I do take a lot, if you take recommended 2000iu/day you would probably be fine).
For adults, take four (4) drops preferably with a meal. Do not exceed stated dose.
