Q: Are these leak proof?

Nope, not leak proof. And if you put warm liquid in them they get pretty soft pretty quickly.

Q: Cake we bake them in the oven?

I would not think so. The lining would not hold up to that level of heat.

Q: Could you freeze oatmeal in these and reheat in microwave, or would they fall apart?

Not really sure. They are sturdy. Not sure if they could handle frozen oatmeal or anything from a frozen state but just reheating something worked for us.
