I bought this lift to replace a more expensive model which I returned. (The lift I returned went through one or two up-down cycles and then gave an overheating signal and stopped working. The manufacturer said that the lift was designed for one cycle and then required 20 minutes to cool down. To my amazement, this was a feature and not a bug!) The Vivo runs smoothly and virtually silently at a moderate speed and has no problem lifting a 57-inch Vizio TV through multiple cycles. The remote control can be set for up to four preset heights, though I can't foresee wanting to set it at an intermediate height. Setup is relatively easy and the manufacturer provides more than adequate tools and hardware.

The media could not be loaded. I’ve had this installed and in use for a year now. It was built into the foot of an alcove bed by my husband. It was easy to install- considering he is handy enough to have also built the alcove bed. The remote can be programmed easily so the tv adjusts to the perfect height. This was especially important because ours has a shelf above and we didn’t want the top to hit it. It’s well made and if you follow the instructions, easy to mount the tv to it. It was a great price and added an impressive touch without breaking the bank.

Very quiet works great!

The media could not be loaded. Solid piece of engineering that works the way you want it to. Smooth, steady and quiet. Foolproof remote with memory feature that yields precise positioning on open and close. I put mine in a custom enclosure, using a magnet-fastened top piece that fits like a glove. Also comes with a free app, in case the remote ever craps out. Been opening and closing it every day for a year, without problems of any kind. I had never seen one of these before I bought and installed it (which could not have been easier) so am really pleased that it works exactly as I had hoped. Highly recommend this item.

Solid product but the base is large and requires a open clearance in your cabinet or where ever your install it. Is super heavy and cannot turn around the balance and your lift backwards. Decided to ship back to my surprise after 25 year with Amazon prime it is not free return shipping and not clearly marked. Just does not mention. It a free noticable area it read Free Delivery to your location only. Very disappointed. Amazon prime is loosing my business soon as nothing is shipped in two days and now they don't have free returns. Just buyer and Prime Members BEWARE! I don't have the same contract to ship items back like this and because of the weight this will cost more then the cost of the item does not work Vendor should provide a shipping label at the cost of customer, probably a better proce. The media could not be loaded. First, I’d like to say I’m a bit of an expert in this area… I’ve been in the consumer electronics installation field for +30years. So, my expectations are probably considerably higher than a typical DIYer.I wanted to put a tv cabinet on my patio. I have access to dealer pricing on other tv lifts, they can easily add up to +$2k just for the lift.I didn’t want to spend that kind of money for my project, so I bought this. Wow is thing incredible. It’s absolutely silent. You literally cannot hear it working. Installation was a cinch, it even comes with an rj45 port if you want to do some advanced installation.If I had one “complaint” would be the width of the actual tv bracket. It’s 18” wide. 50”tv VESA pattern is 16”, so it’s a little tight. However if needed, you could easily add a wider bracket. I didn’t need to for a 50”Remote is easy. Up and down. Has a couple of memory presets.If this thing lasts more than a year, I’ll consider it a win!
