Good value for high D-Mannose content
It's not something I ever felt I needed but I had two bladder infections last year separated by a few months requiring antibiotics in both cases. The second time was incredibly spiteful when I passed water - the extreme pain was a massive wake-up call for me and took two lots of antibiotics to shift. I vaguely remember getting one many years ago possibly linked to being run-down at that time but never on this level. My daughter recommended D-Mannose as a health supplement.The bottle recommends 3 daily but I take two of these each day which is about 1100mg of D-Mannose. Some people find the capsules too big to take but I recommend you can swallow them so much easier with warm water. I've also been advised that they should be taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for best effect. I've now been taking these over 6 months and really feel good about it. Good luck.

Unsure if they worked
Bear in mind you need to take three tablets to make up the dose, the tablets are rather large. No side effects but I can't say for absolutely sure if they worked or not. I would say with a try and see how you feel, they won't harm you. 3* because you need to take 3 tablets and they are large.

I am feeling better already
The bottle says to take 1 a day, which I presume is to help PREVENT a UTI. However, I bought these as I have and active UTI and wanted to get rid of it using a natural alternative as the 3 day antibiotics the doctor prescribed did not completely work. I have used these tablets for 1 day so far, taking 2 to start with then 1 tablet every 3 hours. And although I can still feel some slight discomfort, the urgency to pee has stopped and the pain has calmed right down. When I took antibiotics they made my urine Aluminous yellow and although I was drinking loads of water, I was struggling to wee and was really bloated. But these D Mannose tablets have helped this to start reversing, its only been a day but I am starting to finally pee without the straining and my urine is now clear. I am so happy and will continue to take 1 tablet every 3 hours for the next few days to help my bladder dispose of any bacteria that might be lingering. Some of the research I have done suggests that these are just as good if not better than antibiotics at kicking a UTI into touch without all the side effects. So I am happy and hopefully will never have to go to the doctor for an infection again.
