Solid loud speakers, they hooked right in plug n play to my current system

I'm powering these with a Rockford Fostgate 4 channel 300 watt\ the amp has the ability to use it as a 2 channel amp and that's how i have it set up, i'm also using a MTX MUDbtrc controller connected to the amp and Bluetooth to my phoneLet's start with the good, the speakers sound amazing, audio is clear as day and the bass is actually really good, far better than i expected. install was decently simple. Took the rzr out this past weekend and all my friends were impressed with sound quality. they held up really well on the trails and the water and dust/dirt didn't effect them at all. so A+the only bad thing about them is the foot long bolts that they come with, they stick out way to far ( see pics ) now i have to cut the 8 bolts shorter, there is no need for them to be that long,is someone trying to mount these to telephone poles?do i recommend these? absolutely

Did not get to even test the product, opened the box and was excited to mount them on my can am and test them out. Took the speakers out of the box, grabbed my Allen key set, screws are 5/32 , inserted Allen key and tried to losen the bar clamp to find it was just turning. Looked in the hole and saw it wasn't a stripped head or anything as the screw itself was turning so flipped it over and give it a turn again to see the nut inside the plastic housing of the bar clamp is turning. Absolutely no way to get the screw out to even attempt to mount it and this wouldn't be an absolute deal breaker for me except for out of the 8 screws this was the same case on 6 of them. I contacted Rockville directly to gather their thoughts and Micheal told me that I would need to email a picture in and wait for a response, I asked for a call back from a manager and was told that I needed to confirm my email address, I provided it and was asked "can you provide your current email address" , called it out to Micheal and again requested a call back, Micheal provided me the sales email and told me I'd have to contact them by email. I purchased these because of many reviews stating good sound quality etc. However unfortunately with the quality control and first impression of issues right out of the box as well as a customer service that doesn't care at all. I'll be going with DS18 which hopefully I don't have issues with and at least I can say their customer service even before buying a product I can reach someone as advertised on their website.

Lol was a bit bigger than I expected lol that’s my bad lol but they sound good so far looking forward to putting a amp on them an see how much better they will sound just hope they hold up as good as they look there mounting screws an especially the nuts could stand so improvements that so far is my only complaint when mounted them didn’t like where I put an when try to move it most of the nuts an screws pulled the threads but got threw it got them remounted an all is good now lol except for the screws an nuts am very satisfied with them if they hold up as well as they look an seem to be build will be very happy with them only time will tell I ride in a lot of mud an ruff ground so time will tell

not loud enough with a simple receiver, requires amplifier.

So I will say this system as good as the speakers are have horrible mounting hardware. The bolt slides through the attached bracket. then the geniuses dropped a nut on the unattached bracket and covered it with plastic. Both brackets when tightening, the nut spun free. I had to cut the bolts and hammer the nut out on the backside because you cant advance the bolt or back it out. Im buying new bolts washers and nuts to mount them. If you get them on ok, you won't get them off. Horrible design when you cannot get to the nut to put a socket or wrench on it to keep it from spinning. Two stars for value because I had to buy a dremmel cutting tool and bolts, washers, and nuts.

These are amazing for the price!! Sound great!
