Don't breath any in by accident
This stuff is dangerously bad to breath in. If you get even a whiff of this, you'll be u controllably coughing non stop. It is brutal.It's tough because if you're spraying it on yourself, You're going to breathe a little in and, when you do, you're in agony.

Maybe it will work different for you
It made my stomach itch after every use. I used it 4 or 5 times with the plastic wrap and then put my waist trainer on top, just to be sure. I didn't have any difference in my waist measurements.

The smell
I sprayed this and it took my breath away sneezing and coughing really bad. Probably better to put gloves on and pour in your hands rub.It smells like some strong pepper spray. What I did rub on is burning in a good way.

It’s an honest review after 1 1/2 months of using
Of course have read the instructions thoroughly and followed as it’s suggested with some hope. However it didn’t do ANYTHING..!!No sign of reducing of the cyst at all. I don’t know about other people’s true experience with this product however it didn’t work at all with me.
