I have lived in Morocco, and I catered Moroccan food for 30 years. The flavor of this spice blend is just wonderful. Each family has its own variety of this spice blend. This one is not overly hot and is pretty delicious. I wish the spices were organic and the bottle glass instead of plastic. But I cannot complain about the wonderful flavor!

I originally bought this to make a lamb stew. Excellent flavor. Great on other meats. Large amount for the price. I will definitely repurchase.

I absolutely love this seasoning! Makes cooking a Moroccan leaning meal a snap. Can’t wait to use it more. Makes excellent baked chicken!

Please refer to attached photos. The outer (clear plastic) seals were intact on both ‘jars’. However, after removing the outer seals and opening the jars, I found out that the inner (round) seal on the second bottle had come loose and the spice had spilled into the lid. The photo shows that this, also, caused the inner seal to be discolored by the presence of the spice on it. Unfortunately, this item is not “Returnable”. I have discarded (this) jar since it was not properly sealed. A pity! I like this blend of Ras-El-Hanout and have made a very tasty dish using it. I do realize that the Seller could not have noticed this since the jars have 2 seals: one that seals the jar, and a second, outer seal to hold the lid in place ……. I hope they will take my comments into consideration the next time I order from them. Jar number 2 appeared to be from older stock?Other than that, I am very pleased with this product and the speed with which it was delivered.

Inner seal was already off. I think I found a hair on the broken seal too. Could be spice but given that the inner seal was off I’m skeeved out.

Had a recipe to make a Moroccan lamb stew and it called for this spice blend. The price and quality is great and it made the stew really tasty.
