This is like any other nasal spray- it doesn’t feel any differently. It sprays and seems to help with my symptoms. No issues so far

Package Unsealed!
Unfortunately, I cannot return this product because it has a no return policy. The reason for wanting to return it is because this medicine arrived completely unsealed. Box is unsealed and the spray bottle itself is also unsealed (no sealed plastic surround the bottle) I was able to freely open the box and freely open the spray. This is quite concerning since this is medicine and supposed to be extremely sanitary. Very disappointed with the company for allowing the selling of this product without proper sanitary practices. Will not order from Guna ever again.

This product does not work as advertised..in any way, shape or form!
My nose and sinuses still ran like a faucet. Apparently homepathic products aren't all they're cracked up to be. If I could give it zero stars I would. Don't waste your money on this non-effective product!
