if you are trying to eat healthy
I tried this product, and it was great I really enjoyed it. I am trying to transition to plant base and so this was some good way of getting protein into my diet. Try it you will love it.

I wanted it in big size but it was in its half size

Best soy product
It’s shelf stable, chars EXACTLY like meat, absorbs flavors brilliantly, and it’s packed with protein. Absolutely filling and satisfying. I recommend adding a good bit of oil when cooking, this makes it really take on the slightly fatty texture that beef has.
