Well made part
Exactly what I was looking for. Used with the u-bolt to attach a flag pole to an RV bumper. No issues with rust and it is very strong. The pole has not budged in some very strong winds. Look as good now as when they were attached.

Does not fix the related U-bolt.
I order the National 2192 3/8 3-5/8 4 inch U-bolt which says if you want to order additional plates use part #2191. I orders the plates but they did not fix, they were too long. The inside diameter of the U-bolts is 3 5/8 which is shorter than the plate #2191. I contacted National on there site but have not heard back heard yet. I should of should ordered more of the 2192 part but wanted to save a few bucks. Thank you
