Toyota Genuine Parts 17801-61030 Air Filter

This air filter came with the instructions on top to wash it. There are two filters for the Toyota Land Cruiser FZJ80 Series. One is washable (which this one appears to be) and the other is disposable. I purchased another one two have two so that I can swap them out while cleaning the other. I don't imagine I will need to do this very often. The first one was in the car since 2007 and wasn't very dirty due to the highly efficient air cleaner box on the FZJ80. Just keep cleaning out the tuna can.Unfortunately it did come a little banged up in shipping. This only affected the mesh area and did not affect the black sealing surfaces. I was able to massage it to be rounder.

Toyota parts are as good as any on the market, and usually better. This filter is a good example. Durable, washable, and ultra-fine filter media. I rarely use anything else on my 20 year old 200,000 mile Land Cruiser. And these parts will help me get to 300K.

This is the OEM washable filter. High quality air filter for the FZJ80; I have this on my 97. The cleaning instructions are printed on the filter body, which is really nice.
