This combo de-piller is AWESOME. It takes a couple practice paths to get the best angle for whatever fabric type you have, but it's quick and effective!

I never leave reviews because I feel they are time consuming, but this item is worth it! Just an awesome product, works great! I'm going to order the larger one for my area rugs! I cannot wait.

Works, but annoyed when I have to collect everything and clean the brush a lot.

Used these for my couch that was pilling and they worked GREAT! Took the dog hair and pilling right out.

Bought this to use on bed sheets. The title is "Fabric Shaver" but also says 1 lint scraper and 1 lint remover. Neither one did want i had intended.I wanted to remove the little fuzz balls that sometime develop on bedsheets and clothes. But the lint remover could not grab them well enough and the lint scraper did indeed snag as pull the threads of the fabric.I ended up buying an electric fabric shaver that works ok. Its kind of of like a men's electric razor, with a circular spinning blade behind a thin screen.Im sure this product would work on thicker fabrics to remove things that arent from the fabric itself.

I have an electric shaver and it’s ok but no matter how many brands I try they run a risk of pulling or causing harm to fabric. I got this for my couch which is a fabric that isn’t the easiest to care for. It pilled and this tool was so fast and effective I couldn’t believe it

I got this because I’ve seen so many like it for the last few months with varying reviews and this one had the best and most consistent ratings. I’m so glad I did! I have a golden and two cats plus I have very long hair and no matter how expensive the vacuum it just doesn’t cut it; this does! I’m so impressed I’ve already recommended it to everyone at work and all my family and friends. I’ll be purchasing the larger handheld size for the bigger carpeted areas. You don’t need to press down hard, just nice even downward pressure, and rake the area a few times. I keep raking one spot until no more fur is coming up then I move on to the next spot. First use is going to be a bigger job than the maintenance so be prepared for a work out, there’s going to be a lot of fur that comes up. But after you’ve done a thorough job first time through, maintaining it will be a breeze if you do a quick once over every two weeks or so in addition to vacuuming. You’ll be very impressed with your carpets after using this tool, not to mention the satisfaction of pulling up all that woven in fur. Highly recommended!

Have a heavy, queen-sized alpaca wool blanket which develops serious pilling and fuzzballs on the infrequent occasions that it needs to be run through the wash & dryer. The prospect of hand-picking them all to remove them is just too much.Enter this little beauty! Just lay the blanket out flat, and rake along the surface of the blanket and then peel the fuzz off the comb once it's too clogged. It works speedily and efficiently. In about ten minutes I was able to make the blanket look like new. Absolutely worth the investment for this alone.It also came with a plastic comb, but I haven't used that on anything yet. This would be more suitable for use on finer garments like sweaters, as the plastic teeth would help prevent catching and pulling of the intact fibers.The metal one has sharp "teeth" and would likely be a little damaging to sweaters and the like, or loose-knit items that you can't just lay flat and rake across with some force.
