BROKEN RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX
Bought 3 of these on 6/16 22 . Opened om 7/17/22 to install in clients home 1 was good 2 were damagedable to patch 1 up to use but3rd. one is beyond repair .Shipping box was in perfect condition so i assumed that product was ok upon opening tp install on 7/17/22 I find 3rd one completely broken It was apparently damsged when it was packed initally.Attempted to return for replacement on 7/17/22 to find the return window coosed on 7/16/22.I have been able to aquire another from someone else but am STUCK with this item that was apparently broken when packed initially. I AM OUT $50. +BUCKS BECAUSE I DID NOT USE A MAJOR VISA CARD WHERE I CAN GET REFUND FOR THIS ISSUE REGARDLESS OF AMAZONS PRIME RETURN POLICY.WILL NOT USE BANK VISA OR AMAZON CARD IN THE FUTURE 1 of these items was in perfect conditiion .When all were installed my client was extremely happy with the product and qualityBest Regards
