Upper Kitchen Cabinet Storage Pull Down Shelf Spice Rack Organizer (24inch Cabinet)

Perfect for kitchen with tall cabinets and not so tall female or male! These completed my new kitchen allowing me to access the full height of my cabinets with no wasted space! Easy to install and sturdy as heck! These are the workhorses in my kitchen. Compared to the cost of other brands I thought these were extremely reasonable and functionally fabulous!

The media could not be loaded. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of these pull-downs. They are well made and come with good instructions. I didn’t need them, but they even included the wrench and screw driver needed to assemble. Definitely a good value.

The media could not be loaded. The shelf is nice. It's very sturdy and well made. I'm very happy with it. The only bad thing was the instructions. It's a really short video that I had to keep stopped and restarting and The pieces aren't labeled. But it was pretty clear which was which in the video. All in all i would recommend it.

Easy to install, Works great to allow me to use the top of the tall cabinets without using a stool. I have 5 in my kitchen.

My cabinets have small fronts(edges around the opening)that are used, in part, to mount the doors. I believe this is a rather standard configuration for most cabinets. These small fronts prevent the fully assembled unit from going into place. I decided the only way to get the unit in would be by installing the unit with component as received in the box. I figured out most of the parts to assemble were on the arms. I used two stainless steel, adjustable hose clamps to force the arms to be in the extended position. Also, I shortened the measuring template by the depth of the small cabinets fronts. First I mounted the sides of shelve unit to the cabinet. Once that was done , I installed back rod. After that step, I centered the unit and tighted the slip brackets. I then installed the brace on the plates that hold the shelves. Next the shelves and the pull down rod. Next, the front brackets to the cabinet bottom. After all that, I removed the stainless stell clamps. Done. Not the "easy" they advertise. I feel it was worth the because the unit appears to be a quality product.

Altogether, I bought four of these inserts. First one was to try it out, and generally, I was pleased. Enough to order three more. The first unit arrived with printed instruction on a postcard size piece of cardboard. It wasn't great, but was sufficient. The next three arrived without instructions. Only a QR code and my camera can't pick it up. So no instructions. I contacted the seller and no response. I have long ago tossed the instructions that came with the first unit. something I really regret. If anyone has a direct link to either the printable instructions (preferred) or direct link to the video, I'd be really grateful. Can't believe I'll need to return these because I have no assembly instructions, but that seems to be the case. It's not a real complicated assembly, but pretty hard to figure out with NO instructions. I was going to order two more after these units; now I'll have to look elsewhere. One star for being unwilling to fix something so easily corrected.UPDATE: finally got a response to my question about the assembly instructions, and vendor posted a direct link to the video instructions. So now it is not inconceivable that I can figure out how to put one of these units together. But the video is very difficult to work with. What is wrong with printable instructions? Perfectly OK if you don't want to send them with the product, but you should provide a link to printable instructions. I know you have them since you used to send them with your products. The video instructions are very speeded up, so difficult to get it to pause at just the second you need to see. I've upgraded to three stars overall. Five stars for the product (it really is a good product, with solid (not wire) shelving and deeper shelving than the competition plus can handle more weight than competitors) , but the instructions are at one star.
