Good support
Got these for my husband to help keep his libra in place when working. He is an electrician so always crawling in loft spaces etc and catching his arms. This really helped keep the libra in place and made it easier to do manual work whilst wearing the libra.

They’re ok for a night or two but no longer.
They look good but don’t cut it.If like me you want to cover your sensor for a few days these don’t do well enough. After that they start peeling off and catching on clothing etc.I’ve found a better option which is cheaper but also had a reusable hard plastic cover for the sensor.

Poor adhesion, awkward to put on
I bought these as I liked the idea of shaped sensor covers. That is as far as it goes, "an idea", not ideal. However, trying to place a patch on the sensor is awkward, especially with one hand. It is even worse when not using your dominant hand. I've not managed once to get the patch to be central on the sensor despite a guide hole. The arms of the patch are very flexible when backing is removed making them awkward to get straight or avoiding them folding back on themselves and sticking to itself. When this happens the adhesion is lost, which means it doesn't stick to your skin for long. The edges of the patch once on the skin do not stay down well. Within 24 hours, sometimes within a couple of hours, they are unraveling from the skin. I never achieved 2 weeks sensor cover because by day 7 at least one of the arms has completely unstuck itself from my arm. I'm also disappointed that when the edges start to unravel they fray, making the patch look very unsightly. I will not be buying again.

Really good
These patches are really good how some people can put a bad review is a complete mystery to me, if I had to pick one slight niggle it would be that they’re a bit fiddly to put on by yourself apart from that they’re brilliant, I’ve had one on 10 days now no issues at all and these are the only patches I’ve used that don’t itch my skin, all I can think is that people must put them on with oily skin if anything I struggle to get them off they’re that good.

WASTE OF MONEY!
Absolutely useless! Have tried various brands of patches to cover libre 2 sensor and these are by far the worst! Need to replace every couple of days as they just don't stick! Complete waste of money and definitely won't be buying again.

Great Design and good choice of colours
Very happy with these patches, great as an extra layer to keep CGM secure, Its generic to fit different sensors and I'm using with with Guardian 4 and it's perfect.

Peel off at edges
Disappointed. Look good but are not very good, especially at over £20! Thought they looked good for a 13 year old boy in the black x shape but edges started to peel back after around 1-2 days and had to use another one or cut loose edges off which then looked rubbish. Nice idea but don't do the job very well.

Best patches I've found for Omnipod
I have been a Podder for several years now and had been constantly frustrated with pods leaking when i work out, particularly when I wear them on my legs. I tried the patches that go around the adhesive, but that didn't solve the problem. I bought some 3-D printed plastic frames that snap on the pod under a patch. Those helped, but weren't 100%, and added extra bulk and weight. I tried patches with the strip across the top of the pod. I even bought a velcro band that would wrap around and hold the pod while exercising but it was mostly uncomfortable and if you didn't get it just right it'd take your pod right off. Enter these patches. They are the most secure and somehow the cross angle is more effective at keeping the pod secure than a strip across the top of pod. I tolerate the adhesive fine, sometimes they do stick a little *too* well and I can get aggressive ripping them off...lol...but a little baby oil will take them off if needed. I've been in the hot tub, sweating in the soupy NC heat, etc and they hang on just fine. The only caveat is I get a bit anxious if my sugar is high and I can't see the nose of my pod to check for leaks but that's such a rarity since I've been using these. Diabetes paraphernalia is an individual experience so YMMV, but I hope they never stop making these!

Very well designed
Lasts 6-7 days, very useful. Make sure to apply a few hours before taking shower, to give adhesive enough time to settle. Best time to remove it is after shower.

great patch only issue 1
even though my husband uses the glue it still starts coming off during summer. Humity is high in our area. But best patch he uses so far.

Does the job, but makes me break out so badly
Take with a grain of salt, as most over patches make my skin itchy and irritable. I suspect I’m just allergic to whatever adhesive most of these patches are made with. But these have consistently made my skin break out in itchy hives and they often peel off way too soon, meaning I went through them so quickly. I don’t know that I recommend them for the omnipod, but they seem suitable for cgms and medical equipment that’s smaller and flatter. Hopefully it works better for other people, but not the patch for me it seems.

Kind of big for what I needed
Bought this to try with my Libre 2 but found it was big for the sensor.
