Work well for me. High quality.
I am 45, very overweight, diabetic, and I get edema in my calves and ankles. I have tried several brands of compression socks; I would rate these highest of any I have tried. I will address what seem to be a few common complaints about them.Certain brands are made to be "short" when relaxed (off). Not a problem - they stretch easily when put on properly. These are no exception. The problem is, this natural shortness makes them prone to sliding down. These do that under certain circumstances. They are made with a hem at the top to be more stiff to prevent rolling down. These have never rolled down on me. Rolling down is far worse, as it causes a tight ring around the leg and can be painful. There are products that can help prevent slippage; many are a sticky substance that you rub onto your leg where the stocking top meets your leg. I have never tried such a product. These stockings are fairly thick. Any stocking will insulate, and could be hot in warmer ambient temperatures. I don't think these are overly thick - they just seem to be made of a sturdy material, and they feel like it. They do not seem susceptible to runs and tears. They also have an excellent surface texture. They are smooth enough to slide over my feet well and not drag too much. At the same time, as I cross a leg over the other to put one on, it "grabs" my straight leg to help keep my bent leg from slipping down. The care instructions say it is OK to machine wash, and machine dry on low heat. I just machine wash and lay out to dry. I think that heat will quickly take the flexibility out of many compression stockings. I have 4 pairs, and I wear each for 2 days. Yes, I turn them inside out (as I take them off) and wear them inside out for the second day. Some manufacturers say not to do that, but I have not experienced a downside. All in all, a very good product at a very good price. Better than any other that I have tried.

Can't get it on
I bought the XL 15-20 large calf size. I do not have Lymphedema but do have large legs. I wear 8-15 Sensifoot all of the time with no trouble. They are very easy to don. The new ones can't even be placed on the donning device without bending it so much that one can't fit their foot into the support. I used to work for the company and was part of the team that tested out these supports. I never had such trouble even with 20-30. There is something wrong with the sizing.

Buy Jobst, buy no other.
My first pair of pressure socks were Jobst so, without other such socks by which to make a comparison, I had no idea how they would rate. Over the following years, I tried out a succession of pressure socks, some ok, some quite awful. My Jobst socks (which were thigh-high & unnecessary for me) were absolutely bullet-proof. A few months ago, after about 8 years, they finally developed a small tear. A couple of months ago I bought a pair of calf-high Jobsts, and was immediately reminded of the experience I had with my originals. Buy Jobst, buy no other. I swear on my original Jobst socks that this is not a paid commercial.

Product was wrong size even though box said otherwise
I ordered an XLG Calf size and the box said XLG Calf but it came with the Large size. I should have paid the extra $17.00 or so and gone to the local medical supply store. This isn't an item you want to wear if the size isn't right. I will not be buying this product online again, ever.
