I am running an ICOM 92AD, it is shorter than the Motorola but the depth for the pocket is 5" and has an adjustable strap. I think you would be happy with the Dirty Rigger Chest Rig. David Tobey W5ORB

Are there any dividers in the large pouch to organize tools?

The large pouch is a single opening, with slick interior sides and no dividers. I have modified mine with hook and loop inside that allowed me to mount tools using elastic bands and smaller pouches held in place using hook and loop. It works well for me.
