Q: Could you please confirm the size?

The seller is not being truthful about the size. Actual dimensions are less than 16x12 so if you purchase a standard frame for these you will have some spacing around the painting.

Q: Is this cardstock paper or a real canvas? There is a video posted it looks like paper. Need to know so I can purchase table top easels

It’s canvas and you will need to prime it before painting. Clear gesso is the primer you will need. If you don’t prime at least two layers of primer, your painting with be riddled with tiny white dots and look sickly.

Q: does the frame come with this?

This DIY oil painting does not provide frame.

Q: The description says both "oil paint" and "acrylic paint." Which one is correct? (The description should be accurate, and not claim both!)

It’s acrylic paint which is completely different from oil paint. Sellers like this think by saying it’s oil painting that it will seem special. They are wrong. One is completely different from the other as far as makeup (oil based bs water/binder based) and mediums used (flow aid and water vs linseed oil and terpentine), and the type of brushes used (synthetic vs natural hair), along with drying time (5 minutes or less vs several hours to days). It’s a shame Chinese sellers don’t tell the truth 9 times out of ten. They also are known for pirating images from reputable companies that give the artists commissions. A few of the images from this seller are pirated from Dimensions/PaintWorks
