Great in your tea or drink

It’s great stuff!

I put a teaspoon in my tea at night since I received about a week ago. And my eczema has been clearing up. And I mean I’m on the level of shingles type of eczema. Very impressed. I wish I took a before picture, but the eczema is normally is raised and you could barely see the lines in my skin. I almost think it’s going to go away

I don't really know if this has any effects, I just take it because it supposedly has a lot of benefits. I don't really care about adding it to my taken suppliments, it's really cheap and in bulk. The taste is very minor compared to the other stuff I take. Overall it's pretty decent if its actually doing anything, I just don't really know since I'm taking a lot of suppliments.

I have tried all kinds of supplements and salves to reduce the symptoms of psoriasis with slight temporary relief. This is the first time I have had such a rapid and large improvement. That said, you still have to eat cleanly and avoid grains. symptoms will return if you slip up on your diet ( I tested that). Now the taste - not so good. The powder really drys out your mouth so I add it to coffee and it just seems like you have coffee grounds in the bottom of your cup (that I drink). Worth a try.
