I sent back the phone because it was a refurbished phone and I haven’t seen it.

It’s a good basic phone - we gave a family member an iPhone and he promptly sold it to pay for his addiction - we then needed to replace that with something slightly less saleable and desirable so to date it’s not been pawned or ‘lost’ so that works for both of us.

Ordered this phone as I thought it would be good for the environment to try a refurbished phone. Arrived in original box with a 'pass' sticker on it (presumably because the phone had been tested and passed). However when attempting to set up, it was clear the SIM card reader was damaged. No SIM in our family would work. So not even sure if the phone had actually been tested before being sold. Very disappointed. Returned for refund.
