Q: Does this one hace mannitol in it?

I don't know why this has mannitol, but I suspect many who have GI reactions to this supplement are actually reacting to the mannitol, as it can be used as a laxative. I would test myself with a mild mannitol prep before buying a supplement containing mannitol, as you may have to discard an expensive supplement.

Q: Does anyone make a brand with no Mannitol and no Titanium dioxide with a butanedisulfonate form in enteric-coated tablets?

Yep, Azendus does and for a while now they've been the only company in the U.S. that has the patent to make the butanedisulfonate version after GNC's expired. Butanedisulfonate is the formula used in SAM-e clinical studies for treating depression.
