Only $82
I have tested quite a few earbuds and these impressed me a lot. For 82 dollars these are a huge steal. they sound better that Sony XM5’s and support ldac and are hi fi. They are mostly built out of metal and feel really dense for earbuds. Now, let’s get on to the pro’s and con’s.Pros:The price is amazing for what you get.The sound quality beats out anything around this price range and even double it’s price! The support for high res auto and ldac is greatThe build quality is amazing with the case being made of aluminum and leather. The OK’s:The app is just ok, nothing special but works fine and it does what you want it to.The noise canceling is between good and ok, for the price it is good but compared to everything else it is just decent. The bad:These things are quite big and heavy, if you want something small these might not be for you.Overall these are an amazing buy. Nothing rivals these for how cheap they are!

Horrible product. Even worse customer service
I was initially excited to receive my Phillips Fidelio T1 earbuds but out of the box, the right earbud kept cutting out. I re-paired them to my iPhone 13 several times but the problem wouldn’t stop so I ordered a replacement pair from Amazon. When the new pair arrived, the touchpad on the right earbud was non-functional. 90% of the functionality is through the right earbud so I could no longer forward through music, turn on/off the active noise canceling, etc. Just like the first pair, I reset them, re-paired them, all to no avail.I tried to also exchange the new pair but Amazon suggested I contact Phillips. I called the Phillips audio customer service number and was disconnected TEN TIMES!!!!! Each time I would call, go through the phone menus, sit listening to the hold music……….. and then be hung up on. Finally on the TENTH CALL I got a gentleman who asked me for the model number of my headphones. I told him the model number. I read him all the numbers on the box. I read him the model numbers off the website. He didn’t like any of those numbers. Then after 5 minutes of trying to give him whatever information he wanted…….. HE HUNG UP ON ME!!! OMG!These are $350 headphones! (Although I got them for less on Amazon). I’ve already been through TWO defective pairs straight out of the box and additionally I wouldn’t wish Phillips’ non-existent customer service on anyone. It’s too bad because the sound quality is great and the battery life is phenomenal. The case is built like a tank and it would probably stop a bullet. My advice is to purchase a cheaper but more reliable set of headphones. Until Phillips can improve their build quality, or at least give some halfway adequate customer service, don’t risk your hard earned cash on these beautiful but flawed headphones.

ZERO CUST SERV, HIGH QUALITY MAT'L & WORKMANSHIP W/ EXCELLENT BATTERY LIFE & GOOD SOUND QUALITY.
Review conditions:- Not an audiophile.- Music only, no call quality.- iPhone xs max.- Eq, anc, ambiant noise = off.- 320 kbps mp3.- Sound profile & quality compared to HK Fly tws, MD mw08s, Sony wf1000xm4 & BW pi7 earbuds.Pros:- High quality material and workmanship.- If a good seal eartips can be found: very good, wide sound stage with neutral, very good separation, softer and warmer sound than other earbuds. more suitable for classical music, Imo.- Excellent battery life.- Support LDAC. will test this once i get my hand on Xperia iv phone.Cons:- Absolutely no customer support (#1 reason for 2 stars rating), so buy at your own risk. bought the first pair and experience constant lost connection after firmware update. contacted customer support via email on 6 occurrences to no avail, never received any responses. so returned to amazon and got the 2nd pair without upgrading firmware. so far everything worked as expected.- All silicon eartips are useless for passive noise reduction and fits. the best fit and good seal are the foam eartips, but still doesn't stay in ear even with gentle running. Imo, they would hold better if the foam eartips are tapered cylindrical instead of conical.- Huge, bulky case (slightly bigger than Sony wf1000xm3), definitely not pocketable .- Useless app. ear sensor can't be turn off. one needs to manual turn ambient noise and touch control off every time taking earbuds out of the case.- Finicky audio codec, sometime app icon shown sound decodes as sbc instead of aac.- Doesn't support wireless quick charging.

Sound is good, when it's working
good hardware, bad firmware, awful app.the wear sensor is problematic, it may turn on/off the earpiece, even if you turn it off from app.earpieces won't persist some settings from app.fit is not good either.

Great sounding wireless earphones
Update: I returned the original set and got a replacement. First one had battery drain issues on the right ear bud which was always at least 10% below battery level on the left ear bud. Overall battery on both ear buds were getting drained fast. The replacement seems to be holding up well and battery level on both earbuds match and drains slowly compared to the first set. The new set also seems to be stable and came with the latest firmware. So my conclusion is the connection dropouts were related to the battery. It is a quite bulky. But I find it easier to put on my ears than the Denon Perl Pro that I also own. Sound quality is excellent. I like it more than the Denon. It has that effortless sound signature with good bass response. I don't really feel the need to use a wired earphone anymore.Coming to issues, there are connection drop outs which are irritating. Sometimes it just stops playing for no reason. But for the price I can live with that.I bought this as an earphone for music listening primarily at home. I am not interested in ANC. Looked at as a high quality earphone, Philips Fidelio T1 delivers.
