The tablet case I purchased had no stylus holder. This worked great, not losing stylus anymore. Mine is well made and fits my stylus very good.

I hate that this thing is necessary, but I love that it exists.I recently upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3, from a Tab A. The Tab A had a nifty slot where the stylus lived. The S3 does not. The Samsung brand slim case I ordered the same day I ordered the tablet does not have a slot or holder or anything, either. No one wants to lose their stylus. What were they thinking? (They were probably thinking to rake it in with replacement stylus sales, actually.)Anyway. This nifty sling holds my stylus safely and securely, protecting the fragile nib. The elastic fits around my Samsung brand case. Bonus: It holds it closed. I don't have to worry about it flopping open in any of my larger bags (as I've had happen with other cases).I wish Fintie made a version of this that had a metal clip instead of an elastic band, though. I would love to be able to clip in into a pen slot in a bag organizer, or even let it stick to the magnets of my Samsung case. For this price, maybe I'll buy a second one and modify it.

The case I purchased has an elastic sleeve for the s-pen that works and the pen can be secured inside the closure tab. I chose to purchase this Fintie holder which fits nicely over the spine of the cover to protect the tip from impact inside a bag, etc., It also doesn't interfere with the sleep feature when the cover is closed and the flap holds the pen securely in place. A super value to protect an expensive pen. I'm very happy with this purchase!

I had an exact S pen holder previously. It lasted for years and I'd still be using it if my bunny didn't use it as a chew toy. She loves leather unfortunately, so it's not bunny proof. It was very durable and took a lot of abuse from me since I carried everywhere and it works perfectly for me.

I had to bend the strap in order to fit it properly. There should also be a gap between the tip of the S-Pen and the end of the case, in order not to allow the tip to touch the leather while stored, as this will certainly reduce the lifespan of the S-Pen tip.

My tablets are in constant use, and so the covers get replaced every 6 months or so. The most recent cover replacements had no stylus holder, and I can't work without a stylus. So I got these. They are very well made, and the elastic band keeps it secure. The stylus fits snuggly, so there's no way it will ever slip out!

4 stars only because you shouldn't have to purchase this extra accessory, just to keep your S-Pen safe. It works well, and is well-made. Nothing wrong with this, if you don't mind strapping it around your tablet case. This is for those of you who bought a tablet case where the S-Pen is exposed and magnetized to the back of the tablet. (and you could knock the pen off or lose it) Instead, after a few weeks, I bought a tablet case that wrapped around and covered the S-Pen. So now this is being donated to Goodwill.

I just love this holster! It keeps my pen super secure & is not in the way when not in use. Wish I had it before I lost my 1st pen. It's definitely worth the $$. In my opinion, you won't regret this purchase.
